Products are amazing. Even when a small connector I purchased broke shortly after I received it, customer service was excellent about the entire process and shipped me a new one for free along with another order I purchase (yes!). I only have 2 complaints so far: not enough color options for the carabiner capsule collection (the medium pouch is the only thing that comes in latte, bone is offered for the grande pouch, and the strap is not in bone/gold). The colors I love best need most possibilities!) and you need to have a store or at least a storage facilities in the USA for reaching this customer base and other regions faster. Love love love
