Order took two months to arrive with no updates after emailing multiple times. I was just about to place an order with another company and request a refund when they arrived. I understand there may have been delays due to COVID etc but I couldn't get any information on when and if the order was arriving. The website and ordering process is really easy but I'm not sure I could order again based on the communication.

Took over a month for labels to arrive, regardless of Xmas time it took 4 weeks...it was a tiny envelope too of small labels so why it took so long ridiculous and quality not great
