Lovely label, but no customer service and very long delivery date.

Labels are great quality but for me as a business start up, timing is key and the labels came an entire 7 days late Inaccurate tracking information showed that the order was to be shipped on the promised date but didn’t come on that day

The website worked well and I was very happy with the labels. However they took a long time to arrive. No one told me when they would arrive and I had to chase this up. It held up production at my end due to this delay

Absolutely lovely labels but delivery time was poor with no communication.

Delivery was a bit slow but very good overall. I’m going to make my next order soon. All the best! Thank you. Mirka
