Shipping was fast and the pouch looked amazing however the note I wrote to my order was very very small and still complete with its "I'd love if you could add this to my order" on it.

The shipping was amazingly fast and the bag came in mint conditon!

This bag is super cute, don't get me wrong, but the proportions are a little odd. The handles are much longer than the actual bag part. And the colours are much brighter...which is usually a good thing, but I thought it would be a bit more muted and instead the yellow comes across as gaudy. Not sure if I'd risk purchasing another bag from Well-Read because of this, but will keep the tote bag as I am hoping over time the colours will fade. 6/10 wouldn't recommend for reasons above.

I tried several weeks to change a bag I bought the wrong size and no one responded to my emails. The calls where not answered, so we have a bag which is the wrong size. Although my error initially there was no one there to help or support and still no answer.
