Customer service is slow and poor. Can’t talk to anyone over the phone, not willing to work with you regarding exchanges if you need product quickly.

0/10 if I could rate lower I would. Sizing is complete incorrect. Pretty poor of a company to try and be size inclusive, and then not stay true to real sizing. Quick cash grab with a slap in the face once it arrives.

I wish I didn’t have to pay the six dollar fee to return everything. I also wish that different bust size were available, like if I could order size large but with a roomier bust, everything would’ve been just lovely.
