Atencion al cliente penosa , lamentable. Totalmente inaceptable . Nunca recibí el producto que pague y hasta el momento no he recibido reembolso. Es vergonzoso. He sido hasta ahora cliente asiduo de la marca , desde ahora no pienso volver a comprarles nada .

I have been waiting for my delivery but it has been lost and i am trying to get a refund but no one is helping me out or replying to my messages, i have paid for 3 items and the item was tracked but then was lost and no i have nothing. Poor service
