Sad about Volcom's terrible service
On 10/12 I bought two face masks, which were supposed to arrive on 10/16 but so far I have not received the product - the website informed me that the product would be delivered in 3-5 days. My experience, which makes me think about giving up buying branded products, goes far beyond product delivery. After waiting many days for the product to be dispatched, I received a message informing the return of the value to my account because one of the products was out of stock. I was upset with the situation because on the company's website, the product is not listed as "Out of stock". Today, 10/17 I noticed on the website that the delivery forecast for my product is only for 10/20 and worse, that the product comes from France and not from the United Kingdom as hinted at on the company website. I am saddened by the service, I use the brand since I was 7 years old - I am 24 years old - and I am upset by the total disorganization. My complaint seems futile, but honestly it is not. I took advantage that one of the products returned and how it would be delivered as a gift to my husband and bought the same item in another online store, guess what? Yesterday I placed the order and today I already have it in my hands. Volcom, the terrible service made me give up on you. Sorry
