To much money to get your item delivered? Shocking!

The response was prompt but on item page it said £3.something for postage rather than the actual £20 which I think is excessive and confusing given the price on the page which has since change.

I bought some items from Volcom and used the recommendation of the sizing. Unfortunately these were highly inaccurate and I bought the wrong sizes. As a result so far I have spent £34 in postage costs returning items (even though the site did state that orders over £100 get free returns). I am now waiting for a refund of £170 which I hope Volcom will honour. Now that Brexit has increased postage costs I think it would be a good idea for Volcom to use UK stockists so that we can enjoy Volcom products without high return postage costs. Please refund me Volcom!

Nothing really wrong was just disappointed that you couldn't help in my search for a jacket. Thank you anyway I love Volcom!
