Only because you have no address in Germany and sending back products is to much expensive. Unfortunately I can`order something from your store anymore. But I will look if you have some distributors in Germany the next time.

Nightmare Returns

Lovely clothes, fast shipping but a nightmare to return items for a refund. They do not offer free returns shipping back to France despite my order being of high value. I had to pay for the return shipping but my parcel got stuck in France customs because of DAP tax. Spent 4 days trying to get the tax paid but to little avail. The parcel is now on it's way back to me in the UK and I have got to pay again to send it back to France! Massively inconvenient and costly.

Order cancelation

I recently tried to buy a pair of glasses but the order was canceled due to lack of stock. It wasn't explained to me the reason for the cancelation and I had to ask. When I also asked if it was possible to be warned when the item was to be available again I was told that that was not possible and that I should keep trying. On 21st century is not that hard to get a notification of availability or a simple out of stock on the web site. The costumer should not have the onus of trial and error. Also i should have got asked if I wanted to wait for the item to became available or if I wanted to cancel my order and not to see it canceled without any further explanation and have to seek it for myself.
