Problems with goods exchange
Hi Volcom team!
So let me summarize the problematic flow. I have ordered snowboarding pants and used questionnaire provided on the website, which proposed me M size which was way too big for me. Providing measurements in cm would help me to avoid ordering wrong size.
Second issue is that I've ordered from the German website and didn't expect that items are shipped from France, which makes return significantly more expensive. This was also not visible when I have put an order.
In the end, after I have submitted complaint, I got label to ship the item back, so I will reorder with smaller size, but both problems can be if not avoided, but mitigated with small improvements on the website.
