Good communication about shipping, shipping was fairly slow - about 1. 5 weeks. But no issues.

Good service, prompt despatch and shipping though coming from France meant delivery was way past the 5 days, more like 10 working days. This wasn't Volcom's fault per se, rather to do with customs delays but this should be accounted for in the delivery timings.

The shirt arrived promptly. The outer material is a soft fleece and upon wearing it felt very warm. I did find it bigger than I thought. I ordered Large and medium would have fitted me better
