Returning the order was a nightmare
Return (web) form was broken. Given phone numbers for austria and germany didn‘t work (nobody picked up at the former, number didn‘t exist for the latter). Then I tried via email and I didn‘t get any response for days (I did get the robots reply, which just referred to the broken forms etc). In the end I had to call to France. I finally had a person to talk to, however, she was very kind but not responsible. I got a new french phone number, where nobody picked up. I called the women again and she put the call through to a responsible person. From there on, everything went fine, but the way to finally being able to return my order, was the worst experience I‘ve ever had with shopping online.
