The website is easy to navigate, ordering was simple and I got the boots in just a few days after ordering

Had to order half size up but customer service was a breeze and exchanged boots came within days of return.

Shipping was on time, and the service received was totally organized. Even the customer support team were greatly helpful. Kudos Vintage Foundry Co. for the 5 star service.

Everything was ok. It was my mistake that at first I ordered the wrong size. The customer service was kind enough to explain to me the process of international returns. I would, however, have much appreciated if they also told me what shipping company I should have used. Finally, I figured it out myself. I guess we are all spoilt by the ease of returns at other online shops. 😆
