My calf isn’t superwide (I think around 17”), but wide calf fit me well. My 20-30 compression would have been too tight had I gotten the regular calf size. I use these when I work 12 hr shifts in a busy ER doing portable xrays. The cotton blend doesn’t make my feet as hot/sweaty as the full nylon/spandex blends.

Love these compression stockings. They are comfortable and don't leave marks on my legs when I take them off. Will be ordering more eventually.
