Makes a world of difference
I have noticed that my legs are less fatigued and less likely to cramp if I wear the leggings during long hikes, bike rides and strenuous workouts. I now have 3 pairs so I don't have to wash them daily. They have made a world of difference in how I feel after exercising. It feels like I haven't even worked out!
I've also worn my socks on airline flights. Its supposed to help reduce the chance of blood clots when compression hose are worn. I'm quite healthy and don't have a tendency toward blood clots, but since I'm in my late 60s I also don't want to risk spoiling my travel. By wearing the socks in addition to moving around as much as possible, I find that my legs aren't as tired and I have no ankle swelling after a flight, especially international flights.
