The clothes are cozy, comfy and soft and the artistry is perfect. I’m very happy with my purchase. As a warning: I ordered from Canada and was surprised to have a bill of $94can from UPS upon delivery. I had paid shipping at checkout. I was charged taxes and a $60 UPS fee at delivery.

I love the joggers I bought! Perfect fit. Just gave 4 stars due to the delay in shipment. After being notified that my order had been shipped, the shipment was canceled. When I inquired, I was advised that the shipment notice was an error. Costumer service was very responsive I must say, & actually shipped my order overnight at their own expense. So a good experience overall despite some communication breakdowns.

Our order arrived with a mispick and the clothes were sized differently than before. I submitted a return but no one has contacted me with return labels and how to exchange.

First, the good: These products are produced sustainably, are comfy and flattering, and the designs are super cool. They take care to offset production and use thoughtful, minimal-impact packaging. They offer these ethically made, eco-conscious items in larger sizes - as a plus-sized, currently pregnant, sustainability professional this is kind of like stumbling across a unicorn. The bad: My owl hoodie came with a REALLY big hole in the pocket. You can see that it isn't damage - the flaw was in production (and, apparently, quality control). $74 is fine for a quality product that is ethically made...but it's pretty steep for an item I need to repair before putting anything in the pocket. The company does have a return policy, but between a)having the skills to repair it myself quickly and b)the potential environmental impact of returning an item, I decided to keep and repair. I WILL definitely enjoy the items I purchased (all the owl items!) but will probably hesitate to purchase from the company again or recommend them.

Package was supposed to arrive yesterday 12-11-23. Still not here.
