Every time I get Vela products, I love them! Shipping was speedy and the promotion where I got free stickers with my order was great. The only thing I was bummed about is that they ran out of another product I wanted before I placed my order.

I bought the wrong size hoodie at the Dillon Farmers Market. I called and explained I needed to downsize. Abby was so nice and accommodating. She sent me a prepaid return label and sent out my new hoodie in a smaller size. Process was very easy!
