I didn’t realize there was a FAQ that I needed to read that let me know shirts take a couple weeks to create and send. When trying to reach out via email it took 4 days and was contacted via instagram. When I finally received my shirt the print was a bit pixelated and the collar on the long sleeve was very loose and thin. The design was very cool but the quality of product and customer service bummed me out.

After waiting several weeks for the custom order, both my son ( the recipient of the hoodie ) and I were disappointed to see that the sizing is not adequate. I ordered a 2X and the shipping label shows 2X, but in reality, the hoodie is really only big enough for a Large at best. I will be returning the hoodie in hopes of getting an exchange for a 4X if available. Sad that I can’t keep this, it really seems like a nice, quality hoodie.

The color of the sweatshirt we bought was way lighter than what showed on the site. Now I'm stuck with a credit and will probably never buy another thing! So I'm out $50.

Ordered these "custom" shoes as a Christmas gift. I reached out to Vapor95 a few days before Christmas and was told (after Christmas) that my "custom made" shoes would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. They arrived today... direct from Nangjing China. I guess they are custom made, alright. In China. Just like everything else custom made there.
