Everything was done correctly when I bought straight from Kybun website. When I used a "well-known" seller of shoes and a billion other items...I got used shoes with the laces removed and just thrown in a crummy box. Buy these shoes straight from the company.

I just bought my 4th pair of kybun shoes. It's the only shoes I wear. Originally I bought them because I had Faciitis, they really helped, where the boot that the podiatrist ordered did not. They are the most comfortable shoes I ever owned. I call them my dream shoes. I bought my husband 2 pairs of sandals. He wears them summer and winter, of course we live in Arizona.
