There was a slight hiccup in not being able to print the prepaid return label, but I received prompt assistance from customer service and all the issues were resolved. I'm very happy with MBT service and products.

Shoes arrived pretty fast. Very comfortable. I am on my feet at least 12 hrs a day walking and running . Love my shoes. I am sold on MBT shoes.
