I talked with Sarah M on the phone for over an hour before placing order. I told her my foot problems and she helped me choose 3 different shoes to try. She also sent me a email describing the shoes I ordered and other choices if they did not work. I liked that there was no shipping costs. I tried them all with my physical therapist and 2 pairs worked. I am returning 1 pair and loved no shipping cost to return.

I will buy again, a very good comfortable shoe to run in.

Shoes were delivered quickly. Return forms were included which is helpful but I'm glad I didn't need to use them. These shoes were the right size but ran a bit tight. It took a few days of wear to "break them in" and they are very comfortable and my back is extremely thankful to have a nice slipper to wear indoors. I've been wearing nothing but MBTs for fifteen years. I originally started wearing them on the advice from a physiatrist whom I saw for back pain.
