I had to return my size 9 for 9.5 and your customer service agents were so friendly and eager to assist. I bought them during your Labor Day sale and they gave me the 20% off the bigger size. Now, would you please get the Manchester boots in black in size 40 in stock. I hope they are the same size as in the past.
