NEW Jimmy Lion - US

I purchased on 12/10. There was no ETA listed, and this was a Christmas present, which should have been pretty obvious. It didn't depart Germany until 12/20, and I received AFTER Christmas. How does it take 10 days for 2 pairs of socks that are already in stock to ship out? Simply unacceptable... The only reason I rated 3 and not 1 was because I only had to slap 4 stamps on the package to re-ship to the person it was for (who lives 2 hours away and came down for Christmas), as opposed to dealing with the post office, and they liked the socks a lot, when they finally received their belated Christmas present.

The socks themselves seem great but the package took nearly 30 days to arrive, two weeks after the estimated arrival.

One of the socks has a hole at the top (just above the embroidery) part after wearing twice.

Product was as expected, but arrived a month after I ordered it.

15$ for shipping, took over two weeks to get it. Customer service did not care that the cost and the time it took to get to me was not equivalent.
