It was very difficult to check out when I placed my order. If I signed in, I received an error message and was prevented from going further in the checkout process. I had to retry the process many times and eventually get it to "forget" my login and check out as a guest. Once my persistence finally paid off, however, shipping was fast and I received the items in a few days. My only complaint is the checkout process.

Need bucket hat with shorter, more rigid brim.

The quality of the garment does not match the price of $40. It feels flimsy and poorly made. It also does not fit tight on my neck.
