Overpriced for quality. So simple to make.

Everything is satisfactory. Most satisfactory.

We ordered two of these, in different colors. The color my wife ordered was out-of-stock and we were issued a VERY PROMPT refund for hers (I requested). Kudos to Buff for that! My one-star knockdown (from 5) is just for not keeping stock levels filled.

Got the wrong order, someone else got my order. They figured it out after both parties contacted Buff. They sent shipping labels to both of us and we sent them. They gave us 20% off our next purchase - the same discount for filling out the review. . . hmmmm. I think I would have handled it different, but at least I got my stuff.
