Can not complain about the service as there was no service. 5 minutes past 8 and I get the excuse that the order is to far down the line to change the size. Now I have to pay to get the shoes sent back for a refund. I considering a donation to a kid in need and not buy from Under Armour in future.

Customer service doesn't reply.
Customer service never acknowledge or responded to my issue with my missing parcel, i'ts been weeks now. I sorted it myself. Doesn't harm to respond to a customer and help them out.
