Poor service from customer services I ordered a dress for a dress up day at school only half the costume turned up, sent an email to customer service as there was no phone number to call, their replie says later said if i send the costume back once they had received it they would send out a whole new costume. As I had received this in time for my daughters dress up day there was no time to re send it as company was slow sending the first package out. Considering the piece missing was a head piece for the costume and an important part of the outfit I had to purchase that piece at another place. I would not touch this company totally unprofessional.

Came with a big hole down the side of the costume, foot covers were comically small, eye mask was fraying and falling apart, overall terrible quality for £40+. Extremely overpriced for terrible quality. Matching Batman outfit was just as bad with the outfit we got sent being completely different from the one advertised, the mask was a completely different colour from the outfit.

Item shipped next day and tracking received. However the item was never delivered by the post office.
