Poor customer service awaiting a refund 2 weeks on with no reply to emails

Ordered 2 items. Only got one. Emailed and got a crap response saying I had to wait for other item. Still not arrived 3 weeks later. Poor.

Again, 0 stars if allowed. Product never arrived and I paid for express delivery
