I returned the stormtrooper helmets as they were too big. I am now awaiting the repayment for the said items

costumes arrived quickly and were as expected but this company is really let down by its customer service. I needed to exchange a size but my request took 5 days to get an email response. There is no telephone number so you’re stuck if you need prompt response. I am waiting for my refund now as I had to purchase a bigger size in a rush for Halloween but of course no way to contact the company for refund status

Refund of postage

I was pleased with the product but not the delivery and service I paid a lot for next day delivery to have it for a particular event but delivery was delayed for some reason and it came 3 days late! ☹️

Very good Customer service, but the quality of one of the costumes was AWFUL.
