costumes arrived quickly and were as expected but this company is really let down by its customer service. I needed to exchange a size but my request took 5 days to get an email response. There is no telephone number so you’re stuck if you need prompt response. I am waiting for my refund now as I had to purchase a bigger size in a rush for Halloween but of course no way to contact the company for refund status
