I was very impressed by the packaging of my bracelet, from the beautiful postcard inside to the adorable cat stickers on the outside, and I loved the “plushies” pin tucked inside the package! Customer Service is outstanding! I spoke with a representative shortly after I placed my order to confirm ship date, and the person was so very courteous and kind.
