Initial difficulties with order not being processed and customer service not responding, but when they did respond they shipped the shoes overnight and apologized for their error, and answered questions about the shoes thoroughly.

Great service in prompt shipping, but hard that returns result in a deduction from the credit. We probably won't be doing business here again, sadly.

Had to request return label twice before receiving a response

POS showed item in stock when, in reality, they were out of stock. Received the item later than expected but I was treated fairly overall.
