I bought this bag as it stated it will fit all carry ons. It measures . 5" larger than stated and it does not fit all Canadian carriers. I reached out to customer service to request a refund (it was on sale and doesn't necessarily qualify under standard returns) and I have yet to receive a response. I loved Topo and have well over a dozen products but this experience has left a sour taste towards the brand.

I’ve tried to contact the company through their Canadian support email address for 3 weeks now and have not heard a response. Not impressed at all with their customer support. I’ll be hesitant to make future purchases with Topo Designs again.

Overpriced, poor quality. Disappointing.

The color definitely doesn’t match the actual fabric. The one I got is more green-ish than blue. Also, there is an elastic at the bottom of the shirt that came undone after just one time wearing it. Low quality stitching.
