My shopping and customer service experience was great, I just wasn't happy with the product quality and had to return. I'm talking about the indira boot. That is probably all I need to say. They were clearanced so I'm sure you already know why. Failed experiment. Don't make boots out of that awful type of leather again.

This belt was the top of the line handcrafted with exceptional detail and design.
