You did great, the stitching at the top of the boots were a little too sharp and had to cut it.

Our experience was ok. The return was quick and easy but the fact we were charged return shipping on an item that we ordered in good faith that it would fit (because of years of experience)causes me to mark it down one star.

Great Experience, Tony Lama is easy to work with and the boots arrived earlier than expected. Comfortable boots -- Tony Lama seems to be the only boot that fits my foot, and I bought these for a nice, every-day pair. I would typically give it a 5, but the decorative stitching does not seem to be holding up well.
