The BONUS was that although the first item shopped was 'damaged' and not deliverable I was bummed. More-so because online Toad&Co said to contact the shipper & the shipper said to contact the seller. . . I was terribly busy & by the time I managed to call Toad&Co I was distraught. The person helping was VERY helpful and calming - they managed to secure a replacement item (it was popular and going fast. . . so I would have been really bummed) and shipped it to me pronto. Thank you for your excellent customer service and great products!
