As of this writing company says package was delivered but I never received it. Gave them money and received nothing in return. How can I give them any stars?

Package says it was shipped 2 weeks ago but when I look it up it says it hasn’t been picked up..

I was looking forward to this purchase, but when they arrived, they were totally wrong, with the size an extra large when I am a small-medium.
