It’s not what I expected. When they say delicate, they really mean it.

I purchased a necklace with my children’s names on it years ago from restoration hardware. While It is not my most expensive, it is my favorite piece of jewelry because of the sentiment. I recently lost one of the charms and when I went to RH to reorder - they no longer carry jewelry. I panicked! After an exhaustive search I found Three Sisters and was elated! The customer service was fantastic! I was truly thrilled. I sent them a photo with a tape measure so they could see exactly what I was looking to replace. I just got home and opened the necklace and it’s larger than the other three. I’m really disappointed because the necklace doesn’t hang right with the new (larger) charm. I’m grateful to have my sons name back on my necklace but I spent over $50 on the charm and sent very specific dimensions (I’ve attached the exact photo I sent). I wouldn’t have purchased it if they had told me it wouldn’t be the same size. Feels a little dishonest. I’m disappointed.
