I had a necklace from Three Sisters for 10+ years. My granddaughter broke the chain and I lost one of the four charms. I contacted customer service for help. Unfortunately, the company no longer carried the same charms but customer service was so helpful with suggestions for a replacement. I was able to replace the chain and charms with something I absolutely love and I know will last another 10 years!
