My first order with you for a dozen socks was horrid, you tried to force me to engage an app to see my shipping progress. The second order when much better, no app, you kindly emailed me letting me know when socks would arrive . . . now, I know why you want me to join your Loyalty Program, and so do you, though you could be civilized and just apply my points on my next order, no, I don't wanna join a Program or a Club, or Chat with anyone, I just want the best socks ever.
