I don’t understand the “no exchange/return” policy. I purchased 2 shoes and I somehow selected a size 8 instead of 13 on the Radcliff pair and now I am stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that won’t get used which is my fault for not catching the wrong size. The product is great. The communication is great and the shipping was fast.
