The customer service is very good Love the product but needs a little quality control in some colors Very happy with the black one

The fulfillment and complaint response is excellent. The nose readers are super handy but not as sturdy as is needed for frequent wear. I have had several pair break but keep buying them because they are so small and handy.

I love my ThinOpics. But the lens get scuffed very easy.
