My replacement glasses were sent and received in just a few days.

Between my husband and me, we have eight pair of ThinOptics, and we love them. They're so lightweight, DURABLE, and unobtrusive that I can wear them all day without consciously thinking "Oh, I'm wearing reading glasses." No pressure marks from nose pads, and no instances of "Wait, I can't read/see that, I left my glasses in the other room." I know they're durable because my dog has headbutted me while I've been playing and wrestling with her, and the most consequential result has been that I needed to take them off and clean the lenses! Plus, the flat cases make them ultimately portable. They're the next-best thing to 'not needing reading glasses'! And Customer Service is amazing at ThinOptics. Just recently I had a problem with a new pair, and within about a day, Ian had a replacement pair on its way to me! Truly worth every cent.
