Poor customer service, they do
Poor customer service, they do their best... once they get the email. That's the issue! I wanted to know when I would be getting my next box. So I could make sure I was able to afford where it was being charged. I never got the response, was charged and tracking wasn't even right. I eventually did get my box, but I am done with the cost and no way to get a response. I have a LIST of emails showing, AMC+ / AMC, and more responding " we cant help you but email so and so" when I only replied from a past DROP DEAD email about changing my address & credit card. At least 5 emails, of no one helping me, passing the buck and me without answers. So, I'd say take this review with a grain of salt. "IF" you can actually get a response they are good.
