If there is a problem with your box good luck. Customer service is lacking. It is very hard to contact them!

I've never received pop. Despite sending back another pop as compensation, it turns out that the 2nd one never arrived either. There's probably a problem with the carrier as the shipment is still stuck at the same shipping level. For information I'm in New Caledonia for an official site that says it sends internationally it should review the carriers it deals with. I would no longer recommend them. I put 2 stars because customer service still tried to send me another pop. On the second loss, he wanted to do the same thing again without solving the problem with the carrier.

The cookie tray was awesome but I didn't get half of my other order and customer service hasn't helped.

I already submit balance between price and merchandise
