It has been difficult to communicate with staff regarding my damaged product return. 2 requests to return the product went without a response-upon sending another customer service request I was finally contacted by email. I think having a call-in line would be helpful to customers. It has been over a week since I received the damaged vest and I am still emailing back and forth to resolve this. If I want a replacement there is a good chance the product will be sold out by the time we resolve this.
