I bought a couple of pairs of pants on the website. The first time I’ve used it. The website is easy to navigate with great prices and was also easy to buy the items. Unfortunately neither size fitted me well, so I returned them both and bought a different size, which I’m delighted with. Nick from customer service confirmed the returns process and did what he could along the way to get me my refund. Being the festive season this took longer than expected but was not theDOM’s issue but that of the original manufacturer. The refund has just been processed. I am very grateful to Nick Customer service for his assistance.

Easy to use site & good service

This site highly recommended! Bought a lot of stuff here during Christmas and everything went smoothly considering the hectic time.

I ordered from The Dom not having heard too much about them, I think being relatively new. The item was dispatched the same day I ordered it and received a couple of days later from Lee Mathews directly. Would definitely order from The Dom again
