I have just begun my relationship with the Classic T shirt Company. For the ast dozen years I bought all my tee shirt from Three Dot. I must assume based on the minimal communication I received from Three Dot that the company was sold to a less conscientious company. Using my AI system, I found the Classic T shirt company and have decided to replace my older tee shirts from them. I have been impressed by two things in my dealing with this company. The quality of the shirts is excellent and they are quick to respond to any personal issues I have. At first I did not know what size to order so ordered the same crew neck shirts in a medium and large. After receiving them, it was clear that I wear a medium in their tees. I then had to return all the large sizes. The company has been very responsive to my return requests. The price point is higher than Three Dot, but when the company sends out an ad, they have the shirts in my size in stock. Although I had been a customer of Three Dot for over a decade, by the time I received an ad, the only sizes they had in stock were extra small. Great shirts! Fit as described, easy wash with great results. I had an issue with shipping. The response from the customer service manager was fast, professional, polite, and resolved with one message.
