I thought the customer service was great. They were clear in their communication and prompt in delivery. I would definitely use Blk Tux again

The self measuring process left no questions and provided for a good fit. The only issue I had was because of shipping the tux came fairly wrinkled. Couple seconds on the phone with customer service and they explained I could take it to any dry cleaner and email them the receipt, and they reimbursed it. No complaints.

Service was great and I would highly recommend.
