The website was very easy to navigate with each step in measuring explained. For those who hate going into one of those rental shops, this is the way to go. I must admit though my measurements for the pants and sleeves weren't spot on. It took a simple email to remedy the problem. Customer Service immediately acknowledged and provided a response in what they would be replacing. I took photos of the pants and shirt and they immediately over night me a new set. There was still plenty of time before the event left and it was comfortable and a perfect fit. The return was easy. Just put everything back in the box and put the label that came with it and drop off at UPS. I would recommend to anyone. By the way, my rental was pants, shirt, suit jacket and shoes.

Very easy to use. A little more expensive but worth not having to go get measured and tie up a few hours of your day. Tux fit well
