I'm lucky enough to have a BLKTUX location here in Chicago, so we went as a group to be fitted. The service was good, but not great. Also the shirt was an issue for me. Either the shirt fit correctly and the neck wouldn't button or I could have the neck button and have pirate sleeves. It looked so bad that I opted not to rent a shirt from you guys.

I needed a black suit, didn't want a tux. I did not have the time to go to a store to find a suit to rent. I live in Indonesia and was going to the US for a wedding. I liked that The Black Tux had suit options, and for a man my size -- a large man in his 60s. Other websites seemed to have suit sizes/designs that cater to young and slender men. They also checked with me about my measurements, offering alternatives with regard to sizing, before mailing the suit. Turned out the suit fit well, or well enough. I had plenty of time to return the suit if it did not fit, and plenty of time to return it after the event.

All was great.

Everything went great! Very easy to talk to customer service that was able to resolve and answer all my questions and concerns. Suit looked and felt great, best choice I could have made in renting a tux for my wedding!

Outstanding. There was a major mistake on my part, but they were able to make everything right and it was a huge relief.
